Delivery schedules are approximate and not binding. Products are delivered to the delivery address mentioned on the electronic order form.
The following terms apply to shipments:
We use X International Couriers for deliveries in South Africa. Your order will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment (excluding orders placed during the weekend or public holidays) and delivery time is one to two days.
Deliveries are typically made between 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays.
normal size parcel: R500 | $41.5 | £28 | €39 approx.

We make use of the South African Post Office to send orders:
EMS (Expedited Mail Service) is used to send all items. This service includes insurance and a tracking number and delivery is approximately one to two weeks.
We will email you a shipping tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
- Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
- Studio 8 is not responsible for delivery delays. The customer bears all delivery risks. It is your responsibility to notify carrier with any claim regarding delivery delays, missing or damaged goods, upon delivery and/or within three (3) days.
Refunds And Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within seven (7) days after receiving your order. If it is still in the condition we sent it to you we will refund you on your purchase. However, you will have to cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to get our returning address before sending back the item/s. International returns will need to be sent back with registered mail and South African returns can be sent back with X International Couriers.
Studio8shop.com will not accept returns for any item that bears signs of wear or damage. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including designer shoe boxes, dust bags, hangers, extra buttons…). Do not remove the tag or relevant seal from the purchased products, should you wish to return the purchased product.

Studio8shop.com keeps a record of your transaction. All information regarding your credit card details are not held by our website but by our bank.
The prices shown on our website include VAT at 14% when purchasing from within South Africa and exclude VAT when purchasing from outside the Republic.

Customers outside South Africa will also be liable for any customs/import duty. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check applicable requirements in your country before placing an order.
