Studio 8 Returns How to make a return - Fill out your returns form enclosed with your order. If you do not have a returns form, you can download one here...
- Repackage your item in the original packaging, or other packaging of comparable protection.
- Mark for the attention of RETURNS at the relevant address see contact us For international returns - please mark your package 'Goods returned
under warranty'. We will not be able to pay for charges incurred by not
marking packages with the above.
- Post
item with clearly marked postage on the outside of the package. Ensure to keep your receipt of postage.
- Send your item REGISTERED & INSURED for the value of your item.
- We will refund you on the postage you paid to send it back (within the UK) directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
- We will refund the value of the item minus the initial postage costs.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 7 days of receipt of order, 14 days if international. Only products that are in their original

will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own
cost. Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced, repaired, or
refunded at the discretion of Studio 8.
In addition, footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box and must be wrapped in an extra outer layer as this is considered part of the product. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions.
If you desire an item of a different cost, please fill in your card details on the bottom of the returns form, and we will either charge you or refund you the difference.
On returned gifts we cannot refund postage and gifts can only be returned for exchange or credit. The exchanges will be updated on our system and will show on the order history of the original purchaser.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
*Saleable condition for Studio 8
items is unwashed and unworn. We strongly recommend you store your item
in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product. Faulty goods Goods are considered faulty if they are damaged as new, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. The Studio 8 returns and products team will determine whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of abnormal usage are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
If an item has been worn, the item must be freshly laundered before being returned. All unwashed, worn garments will be sent back to the customer. This applies for all garments, including accessories.
When we receive your return we will process it as quickly as we can and refund your return postage costs (up to £20 within the UK) directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s). If the postage is not stated on the package please enclose a receipt.
If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email
help@studio8shop.com. Please include in that email the date the item was posted, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
We strive to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you. All items will be sent by recorded delivery.
