How to order Online - Place your order by selecting the items you like and add them to your shopping basket. Click on the “proceed to checkout” button at the bottom-right of your shopping basket.
- Next complete your chosen delivery address. The delivery address and your billing address do not have to be the same.
- Select the method of shipment. For more information on shipment methods see Studio 8 Shipping.
- You will then be taken to the payment section of the website. This is a secure website. All details you provide are private and confidential. No record of your card details will be kept on our database.
- Once you have filled in all card details correctly, click the ‘make payment’ button. Once your payment has gone through you will receive one email to confirm that we have received the payment for your order.

PostCheques should be made payable to Studio 8 UK Ltd. On the back please write your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number (Switch only). Please note that we will require 5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods can be despatched.
You have the right to return your order within seven days of receiving your Studio 8 products to receive a full refund.
See Studio 8 Returns Stock availabilityIf an item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email. If we’ve sold out we will try to reorder that item for you as fast as we can. Studio 8 reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
