Q. How long does shipment take?
Shipment to the UK takes 3-6 working days or you can choose Express Next day delivery. International delivery takes about 4-6 working days or you can choose Express delivery of 1-2 days. For a more details see the shipping page.
 
Q. Do you charge in different currencies?
No, our prices are fixed in £Sterling. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.
 
Q. What’s your returns policy?
You can return any product you receive from us within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. For more information, please see the Studio 8 Returns.

Q. I want to return a product, but I don’t have the return form or the box?
You can always send the products back to us in another package. Please also include a covering letter with the name the order was placed under and explaining what you would like us to do. Please ensure that the item is well protected so that it is not damaged on return.
 
Q. What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
 
Q. What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
Don't worry. The nice man or woman who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There'll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
 
Q. Do I need to include a telephone number when I order?
Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders, including paypal and paypal express. The carrier needs this incase of any difficulty finding an address. Failure in providing one could result in a severe delay of your delivery.

Q. Can I change my order once it has confirmed?
Unfortunately, once you have confirmed you can’t change your order. However, please see our returns policy on how to exchange or refund.
 
Q. Can I have a different delivery address?
You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. We cannot change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.
 
Q. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, sorry, we do not deliver to PO BOX for security reasons.
 
Q. How do I stop receiving Studio 8 emails?
If you have chosen to receive emails and promotions from us and no longer wish to do so, simply click on ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email you receive. This will take you to an automated page that confirms you will no longer be on our mailing list.
 
Q. How do I know my personal details are safe?
This is a secure website. All details you provide are private and confidential. No record of your card details will be kept on our database. The information you give us is strictly confidential and will not be distributed to other parties. We will only use your personal details in the following way:
